에드시런 'Bad Habits' 뮤직비디오

안녕하세요.......뮤직테라피입니다.
우리에게 'Shape of You', 'Perfect', 'Thinking out Loud'등으로 유명한 에드시런이 꽤 오랜만에 신곡을 발매했습니다.
제가 에드시런을 알게 된 건 2017년 발매된 'Shape of You' 통해서였는데 대부분의 사람들이 저와 같을 거라 생각합니다.

뮤비를 보니까 기타를 들고 담담히 노래에만 집중하던 예전의 모습과는 다르게 변신을 하려고 한 것 같네요.
뮤비에서 평소의 에드시런과 다르게 금발 염색을 하고 짙은 메이크업과 핑크슈트를 입고 뱀파이어로 등장했더라고여.

아마도 작년에 발매한 AfterGrow가 그의 이전 곡들에 못 미치는 흥행성적을 거두었기 때문이 아닐까 개인적으로 생각해봅니다.

 

그러나 이번에 공개된 'Bad Habits'는 높은 완성도를 보여주는 것 같네요.
반복적인 가사가 돋보이는 업템포 비트로 중독적인 멜로디를 가진 곡인 것 같더군요.

뮤직비디오에서는 밤에는 뱀파이어가 되어 사냥을 하면서 놀다가
낮이 되면 인간이 돼서 기타를 치며 노래를 부르는 에드시런을 볼 수 있습니다.

'Bad Habits'는 에드시런이 가족과 시간을 함께 하면서 좋은 아버지가 되려했지만 평소 밤샘작업하는 습관이 잘바꿔지지않는 경험을 바탕으로 나온것이라고 하네요.
